If you want a different tomorrow, you have to push harder than yesterday. Here you see the entire class in sync, doing push-ups. This is the discipline and unity I instill in every group session.

About Group Boxing & Fitness

You won't find air conditioning or mirrors for show here. Our group batches are conducted in a raw, functional environment where the focus is entirely on your output. Whether it is high-intensity interval training (HIIT), heavy bag work, or shadowboxing drills, the objective is to build practical stamina and fight-ready technique. Every session keeps the heart rate high, and you are training alongside a team that expects the same level of discipline from you as they do from themselves.

What to Expect in Our Group Batches

This isn't a standard fitness gym. When you join a group boxing or fitness class at Champions Corner, you are stepping into a fight club environment. We keep our batches to about 10 to 15 students to ensure that while the energy is high, the supervision remains tight.
