Raw Power: Tire & Earth Training
Forget AC gyms and machines. We build explosive, real-world strength using tractor tires, heavy sledgehammers, and the earth itself. This is raw, functional fitness for those ready to put in the work.
This montage shows the core of our strength program. You'll see students lifting DIY tire barbells, building power by digging with a hoe, and even our youngest members developing strength by carrying tires. This is raw, effective, and for everyone.
We build strength with what we have. Here, a student performs bicep curls using a custom-made tire barbell, proving that you don't need expensive weights to develop powerful, defined muscles. This is pure, functional strength training.
The squat is a fundamental movement for building lower body power. Here, a student executes squats with a DIY tire barbell on his shoulders, engaging his entire body in an outdoor setting.
Success has no value without struggle. This sequence shows a student performing squats and clean lifts with a heavy tire barbell, a testament to the hard work required to build real-world strength and power.
Strength training is for everyone, and we often work together to push our limits. Here, a male and female student work side-by-side, digging a training trench to build their endurance and core strength.
A look at our group conditioning drills in the park. Students are flipping tires to build explosive strength and holding wall sits to develop muscular endurance. This is how we build a strong community through shared effort.
We start them young. This video shows our junior students engaged in a variety of outdoor drills, including running, tire flips, and bodyweight exercises. We instill discipline and a love for fitness from an early age.
About Raw Power: Tire & Earth Training
This is not about aesthetics, it is about functional capability. We use DIY tire barbells, sledgehammer drills, and shovel work to build strength that machines simply cannot replicate. If you want to train in an environment where people actually sweat, grind, and push past their limits, this is where you belong. We do not offer shortcuts; we offer results through hard labor.
How We Build Strength
We believe that if your workout is easy, you are not growing. Our 'Raw Power' program strips away the distractions of a commercial gym to focus on raw, fundamental movement patterns.
- The Tire Advantage: We use tractor and truck tires for flips, farmer walks, and deadlifts. These awkward, heavy objects force your body to engage stabilizing muscles that stationary machines ignore.
- Earth Conditioning: We don't just train on turf; we use the ground. Digging pits with a phawda (farming hoe) is one of the most effective ways to build posterior chain strength and endurance.
- DIY Tools: Our barbells are made from iron car rims and solid steel pipes. They aren't pretty, but they get the job done better than any expensive, balanced bar.
Is This For You?
My classes are for people who are bored of the 10-5 gym routine. Whether you are prepping for a combat sport or just want to build 'real-world' toughness, you will fit in if you have the right attitude. You need to be ready to get your hands dirty. We train in the dirt, on open roads, and on terraces in Baprola. If you are looking for a place to sit on a bench and check your phone, please look elsewhere. We are here to build character, not just muscle.
Our Training Focus
We mix old-school strength routines with high-intensity intervals. You will be running sprints on highway service lanes, flipping heavy tires, and performing calisthenics on grass. It is intense, it is disciplined, and it is effective. You will break, you will rebuild, and you will become stronger.
