About Striking Science: Power & Precision

Anyone can hit a bag, but that does not mean you are fighting. In my sessions, we stop just punching and start drilling the physics of the strike. We look at your hip rotation, how you transfer weight from the floor, and exactly where your knuckles land. If you want to build power that actually transfers into a spar, you need to fix these small technical leaks first.
