Learn to strike with purpose. My training builds knockout power through proper technique, heavy bag drills, and fight-ready stamina.

Every punch on the heavy bag is thrown with intent. This is where we build knockout power and the conditioning to keep throwing hard round after round.

A clip from a technical sparring session. We're focusing on speed, footwork, and maintaining composure while exchanging strikes.

Late night session on the heavy bag. The work doesn't stop when you're tired. This is where mental toughness is built.

For anyone who thinks the gym will solve their problems, believe me, it will. The discipline you learn here translates to every part of your life.

Consistency is everything. It's about showing up even when you don't want to, until the practice becomes a habit. That's how champions are made.

Born weak, will die stronger. This is my mantra. We work on both striking and grappling to become complete fighters.

Incorporating Taekwondo kicks into MMA striking. Diversity in your attacks makes you unpredictable and dangerous.

Ground and pound drills on a bag. Finishing a fight on the ground requires relentless pressure and accurate strikes.

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit combining barbell work with heavy bag striking. This builds the explosive endurance needed for a fight.

Shadowboxing to warm up. This is where we refine technique, movement, and visualize fight scenarios before the real work begins.

About Striking Science: Power & Precision

Anyone can hit a bag, but that does not mean you are fighting. In my sessions, we stop just punching and start drilling the physics of the strike. We look at your hip rotation, how you transfer weight from the floor, and exactly where your knuckles land. If you want to build power that actually transfers into a spar, you need to fix these small technical leaks first.

Striking is not about throwing your arm hard. Real power comes from the ground up, through your legs, core, and shoulders. When we work the heavy bag, I am not just watching you hit it. I am watching your body mechanics. Are you telegraphing your punches? Is your chin tucked? We use shadowboxing to drill these patterns into muscle memory before you ever step into the ring.

At my gym in Sector 72, Noida, we keep it raw. No AC, no fancy machines. Just you, the mats, and the bags. We use USI heavy bags and speed balls to develop rhythm and impact. You will see me pushing you through HIIT circuits and agility ladder drills, as this is where you build the fight-specific stamina that keeps you standing when the other guy is fading.

Whether you are a beginner learning your first jab or looking to refine your Muay Thai combinations, the process is the same. We break down the movement, drill it until it is reflexive, and then test it in sparring. You might start off feeling uncoordinated, but that is part of the process. Keep showing up, fix the leaks, and the power will come. If you are ready to train with intensity and strip away the ego, you are in the right place.
