A normal morning in an athlete's life is a grind. Here we are working on single-leg strength with dumbbell step-ups and core stability with Swiss ball knee tucks. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

Who says athletes are not built in the gym? With the right guidance, the gym adds immense value to their skills. Here we are working on single-leg strength with weighted box step-ups and foundational power with barbell back squats.

We create powerful humans. This shows the transfer of power from the gym to the field. Leg press for raw lower body strength translates directly to more powerful shots in the cricket net.

Telling is easy, but telling the right thing is difficult. A coach suggested front squats for a better run-up, but the form was completely wrong. Proper technique, like this correct front squat form, is essential for results and injury prevention.

Smartly done hard work is the key. Here, an athlete from the Delhi Royals team performs lat pulldowns for back strength and hamstring curls for posterior chain development, crucial for any running athlete.

I don’t care about flashy gym trends. Real strength comes from boring, consistent, and perfectly executed movements like squats, deadlifts, and presses. Form over Ego Tum heavy weight uthana chahte ho? Zaroor, par pehle form seekho. Ego lifting karke back injuries lena ya ghutne todna koi bravery nahi hai, yeh sirf stupidity hai. Hum 60% weight se perfect form seekhte hain, kyunki jab tak foundation solid nahi hogi, tum kabhi heavy aur safe nahi utha paoge.

Consistency is Key Barbells, dumbbells, aur kettlebells – yeh mere 'hathiyar' hain.
