Stop chasing fake promises and train for real

I don't sell dreams or fast-track lies. If you want to train for real—no gimmicks, just hard, smart work—this is where you start.

There are no shortcuts to success. You have to learn the details of your field. The glamour you see has immense hard work and learning behind it. Before life teaches you the hard way, learn willingly.

Your screen time is the biggest formula for failure. You can't be 100% focused on your training if your mind is on your phone. This device is making you a mental slave and killing your dreams. Have the guts to check your screen time and be honest with yourself.

Greatness is built in practice, not just on the field. It demands consistency, hard work, and smart work, all in the right direction. You have to give 100% in every single practice session to have a shot at success.

Easy work is a "meetha zehar" or slow poison. Coaches who give you less work are just trying to manage more kids and make more money. You can't replace top players by bowling two overs. Hard work has no alternative.

Be a master of one trade, not a jack of all. I see fast bowling coaches giving nutrition and workout advice. Stick to your domain. Don't play with the lives of young athletes by pretending to be an expert in everything.

Invest your money wisely. If you have limited resources, buy good shoes first, then focus on good food, then basic supplements. Don't waste money on fancy accessories like massages and branded t-shirts when your foundation is weak.

To master any skill, you need quantity first. You can't become a great bowler by bowling just four overs a few times a month. The top players put in the reps to build their bowling muscles and mind. Don't be fooled by the comfort of doing less.

Can you turn an Alto into a Ferrari? No. You cannot change genetics. I'm tired of coaches selling this dream. A fast bowler is born with a certain engine. My job is to make your Alto the best possible version of itself, not to lie to you that it will become a Ferrari.

Beware of fraud coaches who tell you not to go to the gym or who give you workouts without being certified. They are afraid of you learning the truth from a real professional. Choose your coach wisely, don't follow anyone blindly.

Hard work does not mean training for endless hours until you're exhausted. It means being 100% mentally, emotionally, and physically involved. Overtraining, especially at night, has a negative impact on a young athlete's growth.

About The Coach's Philosophy: Sach ka Saamna

Look, in this industry, everyone is selling dreams of turning an Alto into a Ferrari. Genetics matter, and a coach who promises you a 160 kph bowl without building your foundation is lying to your face. I am here to tell you the raw, unfiltered truth about training, because while others want your money, I want to see you actually perform.
