Stop chasing fake workout trends. You want results? You need to fix your basics first. Here is how I build athletes who don't just train for a week, but stay strong for a lifetime.

This is what I do. I get hands-on to perfect your form. Here, I'm correcting an athlete's posture during a cable lateral raise to ensure the tension is on the deltoid, not the joint. Simple movements done with perfect intent are more powerful than any fancy exercise.

Yaar, you can't build a sentence without learning the ABCD. The same goes for training. I see too many trainers and parents rushing kids into advanced Olympic lifts without building a solid foundation. This is a recipe for injury. We focus on the basics for at least a year because that's what builds long-term, unbreakable athletes.

What's more important, technique or attitude? Attitude, always. Once you have the right mindset to believe in the mission and do the hard work, I can teach you the technique. Here, we're working on agility and footwork with ladder drills, a core part of building an explosive athlete.

This is what happens when you combine consistency with smart work. This isn't a magic trick, it's the result of showing up, following the plan, and trusting the process. Real transformation is earned, not bought.

If you want to play at the highest level, you have to train to that standard from day one. That's why I've set mandatory fitness tests for my senior and junior players. Clearing a 17.1 Yo-Yo test or an 8:15 2k run isn't a choice, it's the minimum requirement to even play a match.

Being strong is not just for men. In today's world, it's a necessity for women to be physically and mentally tough. I train women to be their own first line of defense. We don't do "chui-mui" workouts here, we build real strength with battle ropes, landmine presses, and squats.

My motto is "Meditate and Dominate." The mind must be calm before the body can explode. We start our sessions with meditation to build focus, then we get to work on the ground with drills for acceleration and deceleration. This is how you build a complete athlete.
