I'm not here to sugarcoat things or sell you big dreams. Sports coaching is full of fake promises about turning anyone into a superstar overnight. Honestly, sach kadwa hota hai (truth is bitter) - some things, like raw speed, are in your genes. Fast bowlers are born, not made, and chasing shortcuts will only waste time and money. Skill and game sense matter more than flashy numbers.
What I Actually Do
My mentorship is about honest sports mentorship, not magic. First, we work on your mind - attitude and character always come before technique. If your progress stalls, I’ll call it out. Life’s bigger than just sports, so don’t fool yourself or your family.
Mindset First, Always
Athlete mental resilience is the core. I push you to think like a winner, not a survivor. Pressure? That’s for warriors, not worriers. Rain outside? Good, let’s find another way to train. We start with meditation so you hit the ground calm and focused.
Discipline Beyond the Pitch
Effort doesn’t stop at the boundary. Real rest means switching off, not doom scrolling. No ‘cheat meals’, no ‘cheat efforts’. Your commitment needs to be full-on, all day, every day.
Straight Talk to Parents
Parents, don’t treat your kid like a machine. Growth has its own pace; pressure and constant comparison don’t help. Support, not fear, builds champions. Don’t cut sports for exams - balance is everything.
Eyes on the Real Prize
State leagues aren’t enough - aim for the national team. Your competition? The one holding your dream spot right now. And always have a plan B. Padhai karo, koi hunar seekho (Study, learn a skill). Be honest, be tough, be ready for anything.

My Story
Dekho yaar, main khud khela hoon, Ranji Trophy tak. Bachpan se ek hi cheez samjhi - paisa nahi, player khelta hai. Bohot kuch dekha, jhooth bhi, struggles bhi. Isliye aaj sach bolne aaya hoon. Main negative nahi, bas realist hoon. Zindagi aur cricket, dono unpredictable hain. Mera mission simple hai - powerful humans banana, jo girne ke baad khud uth sake. Kalla hi kaafi hoon, system se ladne ko.

Strength & Conditioning, Cricket Coaching, Fitness Training - Main powerful, thinking athletes banata hoon. Yeh robots wala kaam nahi hai. Personalized cricket coaching is my thing.
No 'Copy-Paste' Workouts - Instagram se uthakar workout nahi milta. Har athlete ki need alag hoti hai, training specific hoti hai. Injury prevention for athletes is key.
Skills over Speed - Main sapne nahi bechta. Fast bowling skill development, game awareness, line-length, tappa - yeh asli cheezein hain.
Train Smart, Not Just Long - Ghanto practice nahi, quality aur intensity pe focus. Improvement pe kaam, thakaan pe nahi.
Mind is Everything - Mental conditioning for cricketers - pressure handle karna, positive rehna, game samajhna. Body jitna mind bhi zaruri hai.
