I don't give crash diets or secret pills. Whether it is a pro athlete getting scouted for the Railways or someone shredding fat, the price is always the same: hard, honest work. No Shortcuts, Just Grit

When you see these transformations, understand one thing: there is no secret sauce. Rome was not built in a day, and neither is a shredded physique or an explosive athletic frame. I see people wasting time on Instagram trends and 'fat-loss drinks' while ignoring the basics. My methods focus on fundamental movements—barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight—because that is what actually builds strength that lasts.

More Than Just Weight Loss

Transformation is not always about seeing a smaller number on the scale. Often, it is about gaining quality mass, fixing posture, or building the athletic engine required for a sport like cricket. I focus on biomechanics and structural correction. If you have a pelvic tilt or shoulder rounding, we fix that first. You cannot build a high-performance athlete on a broken foundation.

This isn't just theory. My athletes are playing for teams like RCB and the Railways U-23, hitting Yo-Yo scores that actually matter. These results come from 'Meditate n Dominate' mental training alongside physical conditioning. I train the mind to handle the pressure that comes with professional sports.

The Reality Check

I work out of my facility in GTB Nagar, New Delhi. I train youth, women, and professionals, but only if they are serious.
