What I Do Differently
I train female athletes with programs built for your body, not just a scaled-down version of a guy’s workout. My approach is all about training smarter and recovering faster, so you get strong, powerful, and resilient for whatever your sport throws at you.
Science-First, Not Guesswork
Female physiology and biomechanics are unique. I use sports science to design training that works with your body, not against it. Injury risk is real, especially ACL tears - I see this all the time. My programs focus on ACL injury prevention for women by fixing movement patterns, balancing quad and hamstring strength, and building core stability that actually holds up when you’re tired.
Pelvic Stability & Cycle-Aware Training
Your pelvis is the control center. I work on pelvic stability exercises for women because a stable pelvis means fewer injuries and better performance. I also train you to listen to your body and adjust workouts based on your menstrual cycle, not just push through blindly. Menstrual cycle based training helps you stay consistent and get results without burning out.
