You do not need raw power to start, just the will to show up. Whether you are aiming for the ring or just getting fit, we have a way to get you there.

Here is a list of the different boxing programs we offer. From beginner and advanced programs to fitness boxing and personal training, there is an option for everyone.

We offer a wide variety of programs for both seniors and juniors. You can choose from group classes, personal training, or even a one-week trial to get started.

About this collection

If you are new to the gym, I always recommend starting with our one-week trial. It is the best way to see if our training style and the 'chal chal' intensity is the right fit for you. Remember that for hygiene reasons, we do not provide personal gear like gloves or mouthguards, so come prepared with your own.

We do not believe in cookie-cutter fitness. Boxing is about reflexes, speed, and accuracy, and our programs reflect that.

Choosing the Right Path

  • Group Training: This is our core. You train five days a week with a 1:15 coach-to-student ratio. It builds discipline through shared effort. You learn the basics of stance, jab, cross, and defense in a community setting.
  • Semi-Private Coaching: If you have specific goals or need faster skill acquisition, this is for you. With a strict 1:3 ratio, you get daily pad work where I am directly catching your punches to correct your form in real-time.
  • Fitness Boxing: Not everyone wants to compete, and that is fine. This program focuses on conditioning, using boxing drills to get you in shape without the pressure of full-contact sparring.

The Reality of Our Facility

We train in an industrial shed in Bommanahalli. It is not a polished, air-conditioned studio. It is a space where you will sweat, work on your footwork, and get the job done. We stick to our schedules, Monday through Friday, because consistency is the only way to get results. Whether you are 8 or 18, once you step into our ring, the expectation is the same: push yourself, listen to the instruction, and believe that ho jayega (it will happen).
