Boxing Training for Kids and Teens
We don't teach raw power here. We teach accuracy, discipline, and how to stay sharp in the ring. This is how we build fighters at Rox.
This is what I teach. Boxing is not about raw power, it's about accuracy and reflexes. I break down the techniques so you understand the 'why' behind every move, building smarter, not just stronger, fighters.
Here you see our junior girls in a controlled sparring session. We provide a safe and encouraging space for girls to build confidence, learn self-defense, and master the art of boxing with proper headgear and supervision.
A look at our junior team during a pad work drill. I ensure every kid, boy or girl, gets hands-on instruction from our coaches to sharpen their punching combinations and defensive movements.
This is what hard work looks like. Our team brought home a stack of medals from a major tournament against seasoned pros. I am incredibly proud of their victory and the discipline they showed.
Balance is everything. Here, our young boxers are on balance boards, a key footwork drill to improve stability and agility. We build fighters from the ground up, starting with a solid foundation.
It's not just about punching. We build complete athletes with strength and conditioning training, using battle ropes and tire slams to develop explosive power and endurance for the ring.
This is our ring. A professional, clean, and disciplined space where our fighters train. The Indian flag is a reminder of the pride and spirit we bring to every session.
About this collection
My training is simple. It's about repetition, technique, and staying in the zone—that is what 'chal chal' means. We don't train kids to be aggressive; we train them to be smart, disciplined, and confident, both in our industrial gym space and out in the real world.
How We Train at Rox
When you walk into our gym, you won't find air conditioning or fancy mirrors. You will find a 18ft boxing ring, heavy bags, and an environment designed for one thing: sweat. I believe boxing is about the mind, not just the muscle. Whether your child is a complete beginner or looking for tournament-level coaching, the focus remains the same.
The 'Accuracy Over Power' Philosophy
Many think boxing is about hitting as hard as you can. That is a mistake. I teach kids to use their reflexes and footwork to outsmart their opponent. We break down the jab, the cross, and the hook until they are second nature. If they can't throw a punch accurately, speed and power don't matter.
What You Can Expect
- Safe Sparring: We never just throw kids into the ring. Sparring is strictly controlled, supervised, and requires full headgear. It's about learning, not hurting.
- Complete Conditioning: A good boxer is a good athlete. Our program includes agility ladders, tire slams, and battle ropes to build endurance and strength.
- Building Character: The gym is a place for discipline. We expect kids to show up on time and stick with the drills. I have seen shy kids find their voice and energetic kids learn how to focus, all because of the time they spend on the training floor.
Pricing & Commitment
We don't do short-term fixes. Our Junior Group Training requires a 3-month commitment because skill acquisition takes time. It is 5 sessions a week, with a manageable coach-to-student ratio. If you are serious about your child's growth, this is the path.
Rox Boxing Gym
I'm the head coach here at Rox. My gym isn't a place for casual workouts; it's a place for hard work. If your kid is ready to learn discipline through boxing, we are ready to coach them.
