We offer combat fitness for all ages, from kids learning the basics to adults pushing their limits. This is how you get faster, better, and stronger.

About For Everyone: All Ages & Levels
You don't need a background in fighting to start here. My sessions are designed to take you from day one basics to real conditioning, whether you’re a kid or an adult. I run a raw, non-contact approach for beginners—meaning you’ll get the technique, the sweat, and the grit without worrying about taking a punch to the face unless you’re actually training to compete.
Your First Day, My Only Requirement
I’ve seen people walk in here intimidated by the word 'combat.' Let me be clear: this isn't about how fit you look or how many pushups you can do right now. It’s about showing up. I teach proper boxing mechanics, footwork, and head movement from scratch.
What Training Looks Like
My group classes blend technical skill work with metabolic conditioning.
- Boxing & Muay Thai Basics: You’ll learn how to throw a proper punch, manage your stance, and utilize kicks, knees, and elbows.
- Conditioning: We use the floor, kettlebells, and heavy bags to build functional engine power. You aren't just doing cardio; you are building the stamina of a fighter.
- Safety & Progression: Beginners work on bags and pads. We keep sparring restricted to those who are technically ready and have my approval. If you are here for fitness and stress relief, you are 100% safe to train without getting hit.
A Community of Fighters
This is a warehouse-style space in Bengaluru. It’s raw, it’s sweaty, and it’s real. We don't have AC, we don't have vanity mirrors, and we don't offer fluff. What we have is a group of people from all walks of life—kids, working professionals, and seasoned athletes—who respect the work. If you are looking for a place to hide, this isn't it. If you are looking for a place to actually get stronger, I’ll see you on the mat.
