Here, we build the foundation. I focus on correct form for every punch, from the jab and cross to hooks and uppercuts, using pad work, heavy bags, and specialized drills to build muscle memory and accuracy.

In the Ring: Safe & Supervised Sparring

This is where technique meets reality. All sparring is strictly controlled and supervised, with full protective gear, to ensure kids can apply their skills, build reflexes, and gain confidence in a safe environment.

A good boxer is a good athlete. Our training goes beyond the ring with strength and conditioning workouts, outdoor running, and agility drills like ladders to build explosive power, endurance, and quick footwork.
