Boxing is about the mind, not just muscle. My team and I are here to teach the 'why' behind every move, focusing on discipline and technique first.

Why We Focus on Accuracy

At Rox, we define our coaching by a single rule: accuracy beats raw power. You can punch as hard as you want, but if you don't land clean, it doesn't matter. My coaches and I drill this into every student, from the 8-year-olds in our Junior program to the adults prepping for local tournaments here in Bommanahalli.

Our Coaching Approach

We don't believe in fixed formulas. Every student learns differently, so we adapt.

  • The 'Chal Chal' Vibe: Our training is active. We keep the energy high with consistent movement drills—agility ladders, footwork patterns, and constant pad work. We want you to develop muscle memory that kicks in automatically when you are in the ring.
  • Small Batch Focus: We maintain a strict 1:15 ratio for group classes. This isn't just to keep things orderly; it’s because boxing is a technical sport. If your guard is low or your stance is wide, I want one of my trainers to be there to fix it immediately.
  • Real Feedback: We practice what we preach. You will often see us sparring with each other to test our own techniques before teaching them to you. We are not just instructors; we are fighters who believe in the discipline of the sport.

Training for Character

I always tell parents: boxing is a tool. The real win isn't just a perfect jab; it's seeing a quiet kid walk into the gym and find their voice, or a restless one learn to focus. We teach discipline, accountability, and the belief that 'ho jayega' (it will happen) if you put in the work. Whether you are training for fitness or competition, you are part of the team.
