Our combat fitness classes are for everyone. This shows a mix of our training, from bodyweight conditioning and pushups to agility drills for kids and adults.

My journey is proof that your biggest opponent is yourself. I use my experience overcoming adversity to teach every student how to build a fighter's mindset.

About Featured
At our Hegde Nagar gym, you will not find air conditioning or mirrors for vanity. You get an industrial, fan-cooled space where the focus is strictly on mechanics—stance, footwork, and bag work—because you need to earn your progress through sweat, not shortcuts.
The Tiger Tongue Approach
This isn't a daycare. Whether you are a beginner or looking to sharpen your skills, the training here is designed to mimic the intensity of a real fighter's prep. We strip away the unnecessary and focus on what works.
What Training Looks Like
- Foundation First: We spend significant time on the fundamentals—guard, footwork, and breathing. You cannot build a wall without the bricks, and you cannot box without balance.
- Conditioning: Our combat fitness uses tools like agility ladders, tires, and battle ropes. This builds the explosive power and endurance required for the ring and the real world.
- Safety Over Ego: Sparring is only introduced when a student has mastered the basics. When we do spar, it is controlled, supervised, and always requires proper headgear. We are here to build you up, not break you down.
Facility Details
We train at the CrossFit Yuva facility in RK Hegde Nagar. The environment is raw and functional. It is designed to be tough because the work we do is tough. We believe in providing real-world strength training that serves you whether you are in the ring or just navigating daily stressors.
