I do not let you just hit the bag to vent stress. You are here for technique and power. We use heavy bags to develop punching power and shoulder endurance. One-on-One Pad Work
This is where the transformation really takes hold. Unlike group classes where you might hide in the back, private pad work with me means zero room for error. I hold the mitts, and I dictate the pace. I check your posture, correct your wrist alignment, and push your heart rate into zones you did not know you could reach. We practice reactive striking. You throw a combo, I throw a resistance drill, and you react. It builds the reflexes, agility, and mental strength that my gym in Gaur City is known for.
