I train you based on what works, not what looks good on paper. We follow a high-volume, 6-day split routine that targets specific weak points in your physique to ensure symmetry and conditioning.
But honestly? The training is the easy part. The real game is in the last 15 days before the show. I manage your nutrition with aggressive calorie tracking, adjusting carbs and fats based on how your body looks in the mirror every single morning. We don't guess. We adjust. Whether you are aiming for WFF, NPC, or local Delhi circuits, I handle the logistics—from the posing practice to the Dream Tan application on show day. We work on your stage presence until you are confident enough to command the floor.
