About My Transformation Journey
Transformation is not about expensive supplements or shortcuts. It is about that ‘Chal, ek aur nikaal!’ moment when your muscles are screaming, and you want to stop. That is where I step in. I use K11-standard form correction and high-intensity hypertrophy, meaning I am right there spotting you, pushing you to perform the reps that actually trigger growth.
People think transformation is magic. It is not. It is consistent training and boring, repetitive discipline. At Beyond Fitness Point in South Ex, we do not do fancy circus tricks. We stick to heavy lifting, barbells, and dumbbells. If you want to lose weight or bulk up, you need a coach who tracks your macro-nutrients and forces you to stay compliant.
My training method is about the grind. I specialize in natural bodybuilding, and I have prepped myself and many students. We track everything.
