"Chal, ek aur nikaal!" You'll hear me say this a lot. This video of a chest-focused cable fly workout shows my hands-on, motivational coaching style. I push you beyond your limits.
I start with a mirror check to focus my mind, then get into a heavy set of incline dumbbell presses. This exercise is a staple in my chest workout routine for building a powerful upper body.
Here I am performing squats on the Smith machine. This is a great exercise for building leg strength and muscle mass while maintaining proper form and safety.
