We don't just count reps here. Whether I am correcting your form to K11 standards or spotting you through that final, shaky set, I am right there with you. It is that brotherhood vibe, or bhai-chara, where we push each other to be better, regardless of whether you are a complete beginner or training for your next natural bodybuilding stage.
In Delhi, you will find plenty of fancy gyms where people put on headphones and ignore everyone else. That is not how we do things at Beyond Fitness Point in South Ex. I built this space for people who want real, raw results. When I talk about 'brotherhood', I mean it. We celebrate the big wins and we pick each other up when the motivation dips. Fitness is hard, and doing it alone is even harder. You need people around you who share the same drive, one life baby!
