Raw Fighter Conditioning & Strength Training
No machines, no shortcuts. Just pure, fighter-grade conditioning in Faridabad. We build bodies that don't quit.
Hard shins win fights. We use old-school tire drills to condition our legs for delivering and absorbing powerful kicks. This is how you build weapons.
We even turn conditioning into a game. Here, our students test their pain tolerance and timing with a shin conditioning drill. Play responsibly.
What you tell the world versus the reality of our training. This is a lighthearted look at the tough conditioning drills we put our fighters through.
Building explosive power. A fighter executes a perfect muscle-up, a key exercise for developing the upper body strength needed for striking and grappling.
The martial artist's mindset is built on discipline and progress. A rope climb is a perfect test of grip strength, endurance, and mental fortitude. It's a way of life for us.
Flexibility is crucial for a fighter, but it doesn't come easy. This is what a real stretching session looks like. Pain is just weakness leaving the body.
Discipline is paramount. Here, we teach the importance of hygiene and responsibility in a way that you won't forget. Keep your hand wraps clean.
The hustle is real. A montage of our daily grind, from tire kicks to heavy bag work, showing the relentless effort required to improve.
This is how we roll on Mondays. The session starts with Jiu Jitsu drills to sharpen ground skills, followed by rope climbs for strength.
Our youngest warrior has a message for you: GYM JAO! Stop making excuses and start training. Even a kid knows the value of hard work.
About The Grind: Unconventional Strength & Conditioning
We don't use treadmills. Here, conditioning means flipping tractor tires, shin hardening on bamboo, and relentless circuit training until you drop. If you’re looking for air-conditioned comfort, this isn't it. But if you want to forge a body that actually handles impact and exhaustion, step into our Faridabad camp.
At ROAR MMA, we train for life and the cage. This isn't about aesthetics; it's about functionality, endurance, and mental grit. Our conditioning sessions are designed to break the body down and build it back up, stronger and faster than before.
What We Focus On
- Functional Power: Instead of isolated muscle training, we focus on compound movements. Think rope climbs for grip and back strength, and explosive muscle-ups that translate to real-world power.
- Fighter-Specific Hardening: To last in a fight, you need more than just cardio. We work on neck strengthening to absorb impact and shin conditioning to ensure your kicks are weapons, not liabilities.
- Octagon Circuits: We use the full-sized cage as our training ground. This means moving with weight and resistance in the exact space where you would compete, bridging the gap between a standard gym workout and professional combat preparation.
Why The Grind Matters
Many people join us thinking they want to 'get fit'. You will get fit, but that's a side effect. You come here to learn how to push past your breaking point. Whether you are prepping for a local fight or just want to get tough, our sessions are structured to test your discipline. It’s hard, it’s sweaty, and it’s meant to be that way.
