My Approach

I’m Rituparna, and I see fitness as a mix of grind and grace. I believe in body positivity, but I also push for real change. If you train with me, expect tough love - na hole kintu khabar pabe na (otherwise you won’t get your food). I want you to feel strong, confident, and ready to take on anything.

What Training Looks Like

  • I focus on proper form first. No shortcuts. You’ll learn how to move right so you stay safe and get results.
  • We use barbells, dumbbells, machines, and bodyweight moves. I mix things up to keep it interesting and help you build real strength.
  • Mind-body connection matters. We work on balance, flexibility, and mental calm. A strong mind is part of the package.

Whether you want a fat loss workout plan, lean muscle gain program, or just to feel better in your skin, I’ll build a plan for you. I’m here for fat loss, muscle gain, or full body recomposition. Your wins are my wins.

Specialized Coaching

I help with PCOD fitness management, combining workouts, nutrition, and stress relief. I also guide women on fitness for period cramps and overall health. I know every body is different.

My Story

Hi, I’m Ritu! Durgapur girl at heart, now sweating it out in Bangalore. I’ve kind of rebooted my whole life for fitness, but oh, Durga Puja? I’m back home, no matter what.
