My Training Approach

When you see these results, you are looking at weeks of consistent effort. We use a mix of compound lifts like squats and deadlifts to build a foundation of strength. For my in-person clients in Bangalore, I provide active spotting to ensure you hit those personal bests safely. If you train remotely, we focus on detailed video form correction and weekly check-ins to make sure your technique is on point.
