On-Floor Experience
- Duration: 60-minute intense workout at a designated gym in Bangalore.
- Hands-on Spotting: Physical assistance with weights and safety spotting during lifts like squats and bench press.
- Form Correction: Immediate tactile and verbal cues to correct posture and maximize muscle engagement.
- Focus: Body sculpting and toning workouts using standard gym machinery.
Motivation & Support
- Pacing: Management of rest periods and set intensity.
- Push: High-energy motivation to help the client train beyond their comfort zone.
- Content Assistance: Optional help with filming workout clips for progress tracking.
- Debrief: Immediate feedback on session performance and post-workout hydration advice.
Logistics
- Venue: Training occurs at the client's gym or a partner facility.
- Note: Gym floor fees or guest pass fees are borne by the client.
Virtual Consultation & Routine Planning
Planning & Strategy
- Workout Charts: Customized text or PDF workout plan tailored for commercial gym equipment.
- Dietary Advice: Lifestyle-based nutrition guidance focusing on sustainable deficits and clean eating.
- Goal Setting: Assessment of aesthetic goals like fat loss or muscle toning.
Accountability & Mentorship
- Check-ins: 30 to 45 minute video or voice call per session to review progress.
- Mentorship: Encouragement and mindset discussions to maintain adherence.
- Remote Review: Review of client-submitted workout videos for basic form correction.
Exclusions
- No physical presence or spotting in the gym.
- Does not include gym membership fees.
- Does not include real-time video workout supervision.

We can also focus on specific areas like legs, chest, or back – you tell me what’s important for you.
