I train at Cult.fit Thanisandra, and honestly, the rows of dumbbells are where I find my focus. When we train together, expect me to watch your form closely, as I use tools like wrist wraps for heavy lifts to protect your joints, and I expect you to prioritize safety just as much. Consistency is not about being perfect, it is about showing up even on the days you want to quit.

My Training Philosophy

I believe fitness is a non-negotiable part of daily life. Whether we are doing functional training, heavy compound lifts, or bodyweight exercises, the goal is always the same: getting stronger than you were yesterday. My sessions are designed to push your limits, not just your physical ones but your mental ones too.

The 'No Excuses' Approach

My training is not for the faint-hearted. Na hole kintu khabar pabe na (if you do not work, you do not get the food). That is not me being mean, that is me being real about what it takes to see actual results. I focus heavily on proper form, especially with heavy compound movements like squats and deadlifts. If your form is off, we fix it before we add more weight.
