About this collection
If you are looking to train with me in person, you will find me at Cult.fit Thanisandra. Please keep in mind that you need an active Cult.fit membership (Elite, Select, or Pro) to access the gym floor, as my coaching fees cover your personalized training plan and guidance, but do not include gym entry.
Training at Cult.fit is about more than just equipment; it is about being part of a community that values movement and discipline. My days are a mix of leading sessions, planning hypertrophy or fat loss programs, and ensuring my clients are building habits that actually stick. When I am not on the floor spotting a heavy deadlift or correcting squat form, I am usually at my desk drafting customized workout routines or checking in on PCOD management plans for my remote clients.
It takes real discipline to show up and give 100 percent every single time, but seeing my clients hit their personal bests makes it all worth it. My coaching style is strict but balanced. We push hard in the gym, but we also make room for fun. I focus on proper form, strength, and the mind-body connection to make sure you get stronger, not just tired. If you need a coach who will keep you accountable, help you find your fire, and make sure you do the work—na hole kintu khabar pabe na (or else you won't get your food)—let's get started.
