I provide specialized coaching for women managing PCOD. In this video, I explain how a combination of the right fitness plan, nutrition, and stress management can help you take control of your health and manage symptoms effectively.

About this collection

I don't believe in shortcuts. My sessions start with perfecting your form, because a heavy lift with bad technique is just an injury waiting to happen. Whether we are working on deadlifts or PCOD-friendly modifications, we move with purpose.

Fitness is about the grind, but it is also about having the right plan for your specific body. Whether you are training with me in person at Cult.fit Thanisandra or working with me remotely, my goal is the same: to help you find your fire.

My approach is built on a few non-negotiables:

  • Form First: If you cannot move well, you cannot move heavy. I watch your technique like a hawk, whether you are doing bodyweight squats or hitting a deadlift PB.
  • Science-Backed Programming: I don't give generic advice. If you have PCOD, we manage stress, nutrition, and exercise accordingly. If you want lean muscle, we focus on hypertrophy and progressive overload.
  • Real Talk: Sometimes, you will not want to train. That is when we show up anyway. Na hole kintu khabar pabe na (no work, no food), but we always balance the hard work with a support system that actually cares about your progress.

I specialize in fat loss, muscle recomposition, and strength training for women. I also provide diet charting and macro advice because training in the gym is only half the battle. If you are ready to stop guessing and start training, let's get to work.
