Why I Coach This Way
I’m a fit mama who lifts heavy, juggles meltdowns (mine and my kid’s), and knows how brutal motherhood gets. If you’re looking for a “bounce back in 6 weeks” fairy tale, sorry, that’s not my vibe. I learned through pregnancy and postpartum that what we need is energy and strength, not more rules or weird restrictions. So, yeah, I run on coffee and carbs, and sometimes I’m straight up blunt - plis excuse kindly, I keep it real.
