About Core & Functional Training

Most people walk into the gym and spend 30 minutes doing endless crunches, thinking that is core training. It is not. Your core is the stabilizer for every movement you make, whether you are carrying groceries or playing a sport. In my sessions, we move away from ego-lifting. I focus on specific functional movements—like medicine ball throws and lunges—that force your midsection to work as it should. If you are just going through the motions without proper technique, you are wasting your time and risking injury.

My approach to functional training in Ghaziabad is rooted in what I call 'amendments'. It is not about how much weight you can stack on the bar, but how well you can control your own body weight and resistance.
