Here is the reality: fitness isn't about fancy equipment, it's about the small, often ignored, technical tweaks. Whether I am correcting your squat form or adjusting your diet plan for PCOD management, my focus is always on the mind-muscle connection. You don't need a miracle diet; you need a consistent approach that fits your life, not one that makes you starve.
My philosophy is simple: cut the drama, keep the discipline. Over the last 20 years, I’ve seen enough fake promises and crash diets fail. When you walk into RC Gym in Shyam Park Extension, you aren't paying for fancy machines. You are paying for 20 years of competitive bodybuilding experience and someone who actually cares about whether you’re getting stronger or just moving heavy weights with bad form.
The "Amendment" Approach
Most people get injured or plateau because they overlook the basics. My training style is rooted in what I call small amendments. We don't just lift; we fix the movement pattern. If you are struggling with a deadlift or feeling pain in your joints, the issue is almost always a minor technical glitch. I find it, fix it, and watch your strength jump.
