About My Coaching Philosophy
Most people get stuck because they try to copy what others do without understanding the basics. My approach is based on 'small amendments.' If you are struggling to lose weight or build muscle, I do not just change your diet plan. I look at how you move. Whether you are in my gym in Shyam Park or training online, I fix your technique—where your elbows sit during a press, how you load a squat—because proper form is the only way to build results without getting injured. If you want a plan that is scientifically sound and actually doable, we need to start by fixing the small mistakes you are making today.
The Old School Approach
I have been in this game for 20 years, and I have seen every trend come and go. My philosophy is simple: fitness is science, not a guessing game. While others might push pills or starvation diets, I focus on what actually moves the needle. Whether you are looking for bodybuilding prep, fat loss, or management for conditions like PCOD, thyroid, or joint pain, the principles remain the same.
How I Coach
- Small Amendments, Big Results: Most injuries and plateaus happen because of 'ego lifting'—trying to move weight you are not ready for. I strip the routine back, correct your form, and build a mind-muscle connection. You do not need to lift the heaviest weight; you need to lift it the right way.
- No Starvation: I do not believe in crash diets. A diet chart should be something you can live with every day, not a punishment. We customize your nutrition based on your lifestyle, whether you are a student, a working professional, or a stay-at-home parent.
- Real-Time Tracking: We track progress the old-fashioned way—by checking the machine. If something is not working, we tweak it. My focus is on accountability. I provide direct supervision, whether you are training at RC Gym in Ghaziabad or following my online coaching modules.
