When you step into the ring for private sessions, we do not just go through the motions. We break down your stance, fix your hip rotation, and focus on the micro-adjustments in your punches. You get 60 minutes of my full attention to sharpen your fight IQ and correct technical flaws that often get missed in group settings.

During these 60-minute blocks, I use focus mitts and Thai pads to drill specific combinations until they become muscle memory. We move away from the noise of a group class to get granular on your technique.
