About Kickboxing & Muay Thai: The Art of Eight Limbs

Our training sessions are designed to push you without the intimidation factor of a typical gym. Each 90-minute class follows a structured flow: we start with 15 minutes of dynamic warm-ups, move into 50 minutes of focused technical drills like pad work and bag combos, and finish with a 20-minute conditioning circuit, ensuring you build both stamina and skill.

Authentic Technique in a Supportive Space

We believe that martial arts should be accessible to everyone, regardless of your background. Our Muay Thai and kickboxing classes are built around the 'art of eight limbs,' teaching you to use punches, kicks, elbows, and knees effectively. We prioritize proper form over raw power, so you build the right habits from day one.

What to Expect at The Works

  • No Ego Policy: We are all students here. Whether you are throwing your first punch or working on advanced clinch combinations, the vibe is collaborative.
  • Our Facility: We operate out of an industrial garage gym in Ashok Nagar. It is a non-AC, high-energy space equipped with heavy bags, kick shields, and high-density puzzle mats perfect for barefoot training.
  • Coach-Led Sessions: We maintain a coach-to-student ratio between 1:8 and 1:12 to ensure you get hands-on form correction during every drill.

Who This Is For

If you are tired of the regular weekend gym routine or want to try something that builds real combat skills, this is the place. You do not need to be 'fit' to start. We encourage beginners to move at their own pace while our coaches keep an eye on your technique. Bring a water bottle, show up ready to sweat, and expect to feel sore and happy when you leave.
