You don't need to be a fighter to start training. Whether you're 14 or 64, your first day is strictly about showing up and learning the fundamentals of stance and movement. We provide loaner boxing gloves and shin guards for your first few sessions so you can jump straight into the mix without worrying about buying gear before you've even started.
Martial arts is more than a workout. It is a way of life, and at our Kammanahalli studio, we treat it that way. We call our approach 'everyday porrada'—the everyday fight. This means we focus on showing up, grinding, and getting slightly better every single day. There is no drama here, just progress.
We offer a structured environment for disciplines including MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jiu-Jitsu. If you are a beginner, we start you with the basics. You will learn to control your distance, manage your breath, and stay calm under pressure. Please note that we do not accept walk-ins; we maintain strict batch sizes to ensure every student gets real feedback from the coaches. You must reserve your spot in advance to get on the mat.
