This is our core striking program, focusing on the art of Muay Thai and the fast pace of kickboxing. We drill everything from fundamental punches and kicks to advanced clinch work, devastating elbows, and powerful knee strikes. You will learn proper form on pads and heavy bags before testing your skills in a controlled sparring environment.

Jiu-Jitsu: The Ground Game

We teach the art of Jiu-Jitsu, focusing on ground control, leverage, and submissions. Our classes cover fundamental movements like shrimping and break falls, as well as dominant positions like mount and side control. Whether you are training in a gi or no-gi, you will learn how to control an opponent and finish the fight on the mat.

Boxing: The Sweet Science

This is where we sharpen your hands, footwork, and head movement. Our boxing training is built on a foundation of solid fundamentals. We focus on teaching you how to throw punches that count, defend effectively, and control the ring with intelligent movement.

Youth Warriors Program

We believe in building champions from a young age. Our youth program is designed to teach kids and teenagers the fundamentals of martial arts in a safe, disciplined, and supportive environment. We focus on building confidence, respect, and a strong work ethic that will serve them both in and out of the gym.

Strength & Conditioning

A fighter's engine is built here. Our strength and conditioning sessions are designed to forge the power, explosiveness, and endurance needed for combat sports. We use a mix of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, and cardio drills to make sure you are physically prepared for the demands of the fight.
