About Muay Thai & Kickboxing: The Art of Eight Limbs
We don't believe in cardio-kickboxing routines where you just wave your arms. Here, you drill the mechanics of Muay Thai—proper hip rotation, clinch positioning, and teep accuracy—on pads and heavy bags. Expect to work until your form breaks down, then refine it, so you develop weapons that actually land.
Master the Art of Eight Limbs
Muay Thai is a complete striking system. We teach you to utilize every weapon available: hands, elbows, knees, and shins. Our kickboxing program blends this with the fast-paced intensity of modern striking. Whether you are a total beginner or an experienced fighter, you will spend your sessions drilling the fundamentals that turn raw effort into precise impact.
Our Training Process
- Drills & Pad Work: We prioritize repetition. You will work on combinations with coaches and partners to develop rhythm, timing, and defensive reactions. This is where you learn to control distance and power.
- Clinch & Control: Muay Thai is unique for its clinch work. We teach you how to dominate in close quarters, utilizing knee strikes and controlling your opponent's posture.
- Sparring: Once you have the basics, you have the opportunity to spar. It is always controlled and designed for growth, not injury. We want you to test your skills in a safe, real-world scenario.
Important Details for New Students
Training here requires commitment. If you are new, we focus on stance, balance, and learning how to throw a strike without overextending. We have strict batch limits to ensure quality coaching, so walk-ins are not permitted.
Gear: You are required to bring your own hand wraps, boxing gloves (14oz-16oz), and shin guards for safety. If you don't have these, be prepared to invest in them upon starting. We are located in Kammanahalli and welcome anyone who is ready to show up, grind, and improve.
