It's never too early to build confidence. We start training kids as young as five, teaching them basic boxing skills, discipline, and coordination in a fun and supportive setting.
This is functional fitness at its core. We incorporate unconventional tools like sledgehammers and tires to build the raw, explosive power that is essential for both martial arts and overall physical strength.
Strength has no age or gender limit. Our members, from young girls to adults, learn proper deadlifting and weight training techniques, building a powerful foundation with the full support of our coaches and community.
We take our training anywhere. This outdoor session shows our members working on agility with ladder drills and building core strength with synchronized sit-ups, proving that all you need is dedication and space to move.
Safety and technique come first. We take the time to properly wrap hands before every boxing session to protect our members, ensuring they can train hard and stay safe while learning effective striking skills.

You aren't just learning how to throw a punch here. Our sessions focus on real-world functional conditioning, which means you will be rotating between heavy bag work, explosive movements like tire flips, and mat-based drills for grappling. Because we keep our batches small, our coaches are constantly on the floor to correct your stance and form, ensuring you build actual technique instead of just sweating.
Building Strength and Strategy
Our MMA program goes beyond the basics. We teach the Jab, Cross, Hook, and Uppercut, but we focus just as much on footwork and head movement. When you train with us at our Borivali or Malad centers, you spend time on the heavy bags for power, and then switch to functional movements like sledgehammer slams or kettlebell swings. This variety prevents the burnout you get at a standard gym.
Why Our Community Training Works
We keep our batches small, usually around 10 to 20 people. This is not a classroom, it is a team. You will have partners to drill with, and coaches walking the floor correcting your form in real-time. Whether you are aiming for weight loss or learning self-defense, having a community makes the hard parts easier. We provide a safe, friendly space for everyone, including women looking for practical self-defense skills.
Getting Started
No experience is needed. Seriously. We train kids from age 5, busy adults, and athletes. Just bring comfortable workout clothes and a 'can-do' attitude. We provide the gloves and equipment to get you going. If you are nervous about your first session, remember that everyone here started with zero experience. Bas shuru ho jao, just get started.
