About Our Fight Family: Group Classes for All
You won't be training in isolation. Our group batches are dynamic, meaning you will find yourself drilling alongside experienced fighters and total newcomers. This mix forces you to elevate your game, as you are constantly learning from different partners and adapting to various styles during live drills.
If you are looking for a comfortable gym where you can just sit on a cycle and watch TV, this isn't it. Our group classes are built for people who actually want to sweat, learn, and fight. We combine the techniques of Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and boxing into 90-minute high-intensity sessions.
You start with the basics—stance, movement, and defensive patterns. As you get comfortable, we introduce partner drills. This is the heart of FightElite MMA. When you train with different partners, you stop relying on one style. You learn to read someone, defend an attack, and find your opening. Whether you are learning to throw a Thai kick or practicing a BJJ transition, our coaches are watching, correcting your form, and pushing you.
Safety is our priority. We maintain a controlled environment so you can test your skills without walking away with unnecessary injuries. It is a family atmosphere where the person sweating next to you is helping you get better, not just competing against you. We don't care if you are an actor, a student, or a corporate professional; once you step on the mat, we are all just fighters. If you show up with the will to work, we will teach you the rest.
