Corrective & Functional Focus
Many of my students come to me with issues from sitting too long, like neck humps or knee pain. I don't ignore these; I fix them. We incorporate specific corrective exercises to improve your mobility and posture alongside our high-intensity intervals. You need a strong base to perform, and we build that from day one.

My signature fat loss program is strictly for those ready to commit. Some of my students have dropped 18kg to 32kg of pure fat in three months. It requires strict diet monitoring and daily homework assignments. There are no excuses—if you show up and put in the work, the results will follow.
