About Core, Mobility & Flexibility
You won't find generic gym routines here. My sessions are about functional movement—using tools like TRX, BOSU balls, and resistance drills to build a body that actually moves well. If you have a stiff lower back or a recurring neck hump, we start by correcting those issues before we push the intensity, ensuring you build strength that stays with you.
Most people think flexibility is just for yoga. Wrong. In the ring, if you aren't mobile, you are slow. If you are slow, you get hit. That is why I treat core and mobility work with the same intensity as my heavy boxing drills.
My approach is what I call corrective fitness. If you sit at a desk all day, your hips are likely tight and your thoracic spine is locked up. We do not just exercise; we dismantle those imbalances. I use PNF stretching and dynamic mobility drills to open up your range of motion, helping you move smoother and punch harder.
Whether you are dealing with knee pain, a persistent neck hump, or just general stiffness, I build a plan to fix it. We incorporate advanced variations like headstands for balance and focus, alongside intense abdominal survival challenges to build a rock-solid core.
I train everyone from complete beginners to Hollywood actors, and the principle remains the same: hard work and correct form. You will sweat, you will stretch, and you will get stronger. Based here in Vile Parle, I run group classes and personal coaching for those who want to commit to the grind.
