Join our community as we honor sacred traditions through collective chanting, meditation, and quiet reflection in our Kailash Colony studio.

An evening dedicated to Shiva. This video captures the devotional atmosphere of our Mahashivratri meditation, where we came together for sacred chanting and deep stillness to honor the divine masculine energy of transformation.

Soaking in the divine feminine energy during Navratri. For nine days, we gather to chant and meditate, honoring the different forms of Durga Maa and inviting her strength, courage, and grace into our lives.

A glimpse into our Navratri meditation series. The collective energy of chanting together creates a powerful field of devotion and intention, helping us to connect more deeply with the spiritual significance of this sacred time.

Day 1 of our 9-day Navratri meditation journey. We begin by setting our intentions and opening our hearts to receive the blessings of the Goddess, creating a foundation of peace and devotion for the days ahead.

Our official announcement for the 9 Days of Chanting Meditation for Navratri. This is an open invitation to join our community for a soulful journey of spiritual awakening, open to all levels of experience.

Every Tuesday, we gather to chant the Hanuman Chalisa. This powerful hymn invokes a sense of strength, courage, and unwavering devotion, helping to clear obstacles and protect our energy.

A simple invitation to our weekly Hanuman Chalisa chanting. This one-hour session is a beautiful practice of 'Bhakti Yoga' (the yoga of devotion) and is open for everyone to join and share in the positive vibrations.

The studio during our Mahashivratri celebration. The dim lighting and focused energy create the perfect environment for deep meditation and connection to the consciousness of Shiva.

Our welcome sign for the Shiva Meditation on Mahashivratri. Small, intentional details like this help to create a sacred and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.

More moments from our Mahashivratri gathering. You can see the deep focus and peacefulness on the faces of the participants as we immerse ourselves in chanting and meditation.

About Spiritual & Festive Meditations

When we gather for Mahashivratri or Hanuman Chalisa, the energy in our soundproofed studio shifts completely. We sit on floor cushions in a circle, and because the space is tucked away from market noise, you can hear every vibration of the chant. This is not a performance. It is a shared practice where your voice matters as much as mine, helping us drop into a state of stillness that is often difficult to find on your own.

Our spiritual and festive meditations are rooted in the tradition of Bhakti Yoga, or the yoga of devotion. Whether we are observing Navratri, Mahashivratri, or our weekly Hanuman Chalisa chanting, the goal remains the same: to step out of the daily rush and reconnect with your inner self.

Why We Chant

Chanting is a powerful tool to clear the mind. By using our voices together in a small group, we generate a collective energy that makes it easier to let go of mental chatter. You do not need to be a professional singer or have prior experience. These sessions are about the intention behind the sound, not the perfection of the note.

What to Expect

  • The Environment: Our studio in Kailash Colony is soundproofed and climate-controlled, ensuring the outside world stays outside.
  • The Format: We keep our cohorts small (8 to 15 participants) to maintain a sense of intimacy and connection. We use floor seating with velvet cushions to keep everyone at the same level, removing any hierarchy.
  • Community (Sangha): After the chanting, we often spend a few moments in our community circle for reflection. It is a space to share, listen, or simply sit in silence with others who are also seeking peace.

These gatherings are about 'Bhakti'—devotion. We honor the festivals on the calendar, but we also honor the need to pause, breathe, and remember who we are when we aren't busy 'doing' things. If you are looking for a place to start your week with strength or end it with grace, you are welcome here.

I created this space because I needed a sanctuary, not just a studio. When we come together for these festive meditations, I am not leading a class. I am holding space for us to find that quiet connection with ourselves and each other.
