About Emotional Healing Workshops
These sessions are designed for deep emotional work, often incorporating tools like EFT tapping and guided inner child meditation to help you identify the subconscious barriers preventing your growth. Because we limit our groups to a small cohort, every session offers an intimate, safe environment where you can explore your emotions without the pressure of a crowded class.
Healing is not always a solo journey. In these workshops at my Kailash Colony studio, we create a 'Sangha'—a community where you are supported as you navigate your inner world. Whether you are dealing with self-sabotage, old childhood wounds, or general anxiety, these sessions are structured to help you move through these feelings rather than pushing them aside.

I often collaborate with experienced practitioners, such as Deepika Kumar, to bring a wider range of expertise to our studio. These guest sessions often include specialized themes like Manifestation or deep Chakra balancing, providing you with diverse perspectives on your healing journey.
