Welcome to our mirror-free sanctuary. We blend traditional yoga, deep sound healing, and community circles to help you slow down and find your center in the heart of Delhi.

In the quiet of the Yogshala, surrounded by gentle vibrations, we find a space to simply be. This is a glimpse into our sound healing sessions, where you can let go of the day's weight and allow the resonant frequencies of Tibetan bowls to guide you back to yourself.

Namaste. I'm Rati, and I created this space because I believe the real luxury in life is the time we spend with ourselves. This Yogshala is a place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner truth, free from judgment.

"When you control your breath, you control your mind." In our Pranayama sessions, we explore the power of conscious breathing to calm the nervous system, clear mental clutter, and awaken your vital life force, bridging the gap between body and spirit.

The energy of a Full Moon gathering is truly magical. Here, we come together as a community for a sound healing session, releasing what no longer serves us and creating space for gratitude and connection under the lunar glow.

Experience the gentle power of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping. In our group sessions, we use this simple yet profound method to tap on energy meridians, releasing old emotional patterns and creating a sense of lightness and freedom.

I didn’t start yoga to become more flexible; I started to feel like myself again. This practice is not about perfect poses, but about finding presence on the mat so you can return to your life with more clarity and peace.

About Featured

We keep our group sessions small, usually between 8 to 15 participants, to ensure everyone feels supported. When you arrive, you will find a prepared space with floor cushions and props, designed so you can focus entirely on your breath, your movement, and your inner state without the distraction of mirrors.
