Our Pranayama and Meditation classes are a dedicated hour for you to connect with your breath as the bridge between body and mind. We explore techniques to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace.

This is the core of my teaching: "When you own your breath, nobody can steal your peace." Through consistent practice, we learn to anchor ourselves in the present moment, finding stability no matter the external circumstances.

Japa, the practice of repetitive mantra chanting, is a powerful tool for focusing the mind. Every Monday, we gather for a Japa meditation session to quiet the mental chatter and connect with divine energy through sacred sound.

Pranayama is the yogic art of breath control. In our classes, we practice techniques like Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) to release stress, balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and anchor ourselves in the present.

A candlelight meditation session creates a soft, focused, and sacred ambiance. The gentle flame serves as a 'drishti' or focal point, helping to quiet the mind and draw your awareness inward for a deeper meditative experience.

Here, we are practicing Bhramari Pranayama, or the bee breath. This calming breathing technique helps to soothe the nervous system, relieve tension, and is wonderful for preparing the mind for meditation.

About Breathwork & Guided Meditation

Because our studio is soundproofed against the market noise outside, you can truly unplug. We set up individual floor arrangements with plush velvet cushions and yoga blocks to support your posture, allowing you to sit comfortably for your practice without worrying about anything but your breath.

We believe that the mat is a mirror for your life. When you learn to control your breath, you learn to manage your reactions off the mat. Our pranayama sessions are designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of your experience level. We focus on techniques like Nadi Shodhana to balance the hemispheres of the brain and Japa meditation to anchor your mind when it feels scattered.

Each session is held in a small, intimate cohort of 8 to 15 people. This ensures you get the attention you need, and the collective energy of the group makes it easier to deepen your meditation practice. You are not just here to breathe; you are here to be part of a Sangha—a community that supports you. Whether you are working with emotional patterns through our tapping sessions or simply looking for a quiet hour of chanting, our doors are open.
