About Heal & Connect: Breathwork, Sound & Circles
We cap our sessions at 12–15 people because we want you to actually feel the resonance of the bowls, not just hear them from a distance. Whether you are stepping into your first sound bath or diving into conscious breathwork, you are coming into a space where it is safe to be still, messy, or emotional.
The Shala isn't just about asana. We believe that true wellness happens when you give your nervous system a chance to regulate.
Sound Healing
We use Tibetan and crystal bowls to create a vibrational environment. This isn't a performance; it is a tool to shift your brainwaves, help you tune out the city noise, and enter a state of deep rest. Our sessions are intimate, held in our Greater Kailash studio with heavy bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows to ensure you are physically comfortable while you mentally let go.
Conscious Breathwork
We focus on active, connected breathing. Breath is a bridge between your mind and body. In these sessions, we guide you through techniques that help move stuck energy, process emotions, and reduce anxiety. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to show up and breathe.
