I started as just another guy, honestly. National-level medals, pressure, ups and downs - sab kuch dekha (I've seen it all). Earlier, people used to make fun of me, now they want a selfie. Every bit of my training is tested in real life, not just theories from a textbook.

My Way of Sports Strength & Conditioning

For athletes ready to push limits, I mix my own national sports journey with an MSc in Sports Medicine. This combo means you get skills that actually work in the game, not just in the gym.

  • Athlete power development is my base. We nail the big lifts - squats, deadlifts, cleans, snatches. Not just for show, but for real performance.
  • Single-leg and single-arm stuff? Zaroori hai (It's necessary) to fix those weak links. A strong core is a must.
  • Bodyweight control - from pull-ups to L-sits - you have to own your body.
  • Explosive speed training follows. Plyometrics, agility drills, hurdles, tires - all those things that make you sharp and quick on your feet.

Training Smart & Staying in the Game

My sports medicine background means injury prevention is not a side thing, it's priority. We focus on balance, good movement, and recovery. Warm-ups, cool-downs, taping - pura package (the whole package).

Mindset Matters

Physical training is half the story. I know what mental resilience for competitors means - been there, done that. We work on your mindset so your comeback is always stronger than your setback.

My Story

Hanji, Ramandeep Singh Kapoor here. Team India da munda, but still that 'aam munda' at heart. From sweating it out at Nationals to grinding for South Asian Gold, my journey is full of learning. PhD kar reha haan, Masters vi hai - not just fighting, but the science too. My dad, coaches, and Deepika didi - ohna bina kuch vi nahi. Bhai da pyaar vadda cheez hai. I believe, khuli akh vi kabhi kuch nahi dekhti (open eyes sometimes see nothing) - so stay woke, tension naa laiyo (don’t stress), just keep playing.
