Dojo Training in Delhi: Mastering WKF Kumite Techniques
I do not teach basics for the sake of it. We train for the podium, drilling WKF-standard Kumite techniques until they are pure reflex.
I will train so hard that those around me think I am insane. This is my commitment, shown here through relentless bag work, practicing everything from basic punches to the Ura Mawashi kick until it's perfect.
Here I am sparring with one of my students. My coaching is hands-on. I am in the drills with you, pushing you to refine your footwork, timing, and combinations in a real-time sparring environment.
Enactment mode. Visualizing a fight and drilling techniques on the punching bag is a key part of my training method. It builds muscle memory and tactical awareness.
The Kiai, or martial arts shout, is used to focus energy and power into a single strike. Here, I'm practicing a Gyaku-zuki (reverse punch) on the heavy bag, a fundamental power shot in Kumite.
The warm-up is just as important as the main session. This is how I prepare my body and mind before showtime, ensuring I am ready for peak performance.
A new start begins with preparation. Getting the gear on is part of the ritual, a moment to focus the mind on the training ahead. My mindset is simple: I can and I will win.

- Technical Audit: We use video analysis to identify why you are telegraphing your moves or missing the target.
- Conditioning: This is not your standard gym routine. We use plyometrics and agility ladders to build the explosive power needed for high-scoring head kicks.
- Tactical Sparring: We run mock bouts with protective gear, focusing on reaction training where I dictate visual cues to sharpen your split-second decisions.
