This is where medals are earned, long before you step into the ring. I use high-intensity sports science and explosive conditioning to build the power and speed you need to dominate every bout.

A champion's mindset means finding a way, no matter the obstacle. This montage shows the variety in my training, from barbell squats and pistol squats to hurdle drills, building all-around athleticism.

This is what revamping your strength looks like. My conditioning includes reverse hyperextensions for back strength, TRX band push-ups for stability, dumbbell thrusters for power, and hurdle jumps for explosive agility.

A typical session in the gym. We work on everything from barbell squats for foundational strength to explosive overhead presses, building the physical capacity needed for elite karate.

This workout focuses on rotational power and stability, using medicine balls and single-arm dumbbell presses. These exercises directly translate to stronger, faster kicks and punches.

Building functional strength is key. This video shows trap bar deadlifts for power, combined with single-leg balance work on a BOSU ball to improve stability and core engagement.

Agility and speed are critical. This workout includes dumbbell lunges for leg strength, hurdle drills for quick feet, and box jumps for explosive power.

I am unstoppable because my training is relentless. This session includes bar stretches for flexibility, overhead lunges for stability, and weighted deadlifts to build raw power.

We stand tall by building a strong foundation. This workout shows weighted lunges on a stepper and agility drills using a hoop, all designed to improve footwork and power.

The rush of a tough workout. This clip shows front squats, a key exercise for developing the leg and core strength necessary for powerful karate stances and techniques.

Ascending to the next level requires dedication. Here, I'm doing weighted step-ups, an excellent exercise for building single-leg strength and explosive drive.

About Elite Athlete Conditioning

I do not believe in generic gym work. Every set of trap bar deadlifts or plyometric hurdle drill you see here has one purpose, which is to shave milliseconds off your reaction time in a Kumite bout. If you want to stop guessing and start scoring, you need to understand the biomechanics behind your movement. Let us get to work.

My training is not about looking big in the mirror. It is about preparing your body for the unique demands of WKF Kumite. When I coach, we break down your movement to the core.

Explosive Power

We use plyometrics and heavy compound lifts like squats and deadlifts to build the leg drive necessary for a split second Mawashi Geri. You need to be fast and you need to be heavy when you land.

Reactive Speed

My sessions involve reaction training where I use visual cues to force your muscles to fire before your brain even processes the threat. In the ring, thinking is the enemy. We train until the reaction is reflex.

Sports Medicine Integration

As a PhD student, I apply biomechanics principles to correct your stance and prevent the common injuries that sideline most fighters. I identify telegraphing motions and fix them so your attacks stay hidden until the last second.

Why This Matters

You might have the best technique in the world, but if your stamina fades in the final thirty seconds, the gold medal slips away. I have been there. I have trained at the Nationals and won at the South Asian level. I know that the difference between silver and gold is exactly what we build here: the ability to maintain peak explosiveness when you are absolutely exhausted. This is for the athlete who is tired of plateauing. If you are ready to stop training hard and start training smart, let us connect.

I started as an aam munda with nothing but a dream, and today I am an Asian Rank 4 fighter. I do not just teach karate, I share the exact blueprints that took me from the mat to the podium. If you have the fire, I have the map.
