1-on-1 Personal Training

- Session Frequency: 12 to 16 personal training sessions per month (approx. 3-4 days weekly).

For me, it's straight - mehnat karo (work hard). No shortcuts, no excuses. Even when I had fever, my training didn't stop. This is the level I expect from anyone who works with me, because that's the only way I've seen real body transformation happen.
Coaching Style: Dil Se
I'm not just a rep counter. I'm a mentor, and jab kisi ka saath deta hoon, pura deta hoon (when I support someone, I give my all). I’ve had my own coaches push me; now it’s my turn to guide you. Expect hands-on correction, real spotting on heavy lifts, and honest feedback. If you’re ready to put in, toh jeet pakki hai (then victory is sure).
