Seedhi baat, no excuses. This is my journey of natural bodybuilding and the same no-nonsense training approach I use to transform clients in Delhi.

Progress is not made overnight. This is my own two-year natural body transformation, showing the difference between 2022 and 2024. I won't ask you to do anything I haven't done myself.

Whether you are training with me at The Wellness Club in Shahdara or MF Zone in Ghonda, don't expect a cookie-cutter PDF. We look at your form, your diet, and your mindset. I am a natural athlete and I teach the same discipline, no steroids and no shortcuts, just consistent work on your diet and heavy lifts to get real results.

I believe in 'mehnat' (hard work). When you sign up for my coaching, you get a mentor who is physically present in the gym for spotting and form correction, or a remote guide who reviews your physique changes weekly. My approach to fitness is simple. We build a diet plan based on what you actually eat, whether that is paneer or chicken, and we track your progress with honesty.

  • Competition Prep: High-frequency training (5-6 days a week) including posing classes and peak-week protocols for stage readiness.
