I am a natural athlete and I teach the same discipline, no steroids and no shortcuts, just consistent work on your diet and heavy lifts to get real results.
I believe in 'mehnat' (hard work). When you sign up for my coaching, you get a mentor who is physically present in the gym for spotting and form correction, or a remote guide who reviews your physique changes weekly. My approach to fitness is simple. We build a diet plan based on what you actually eat, whether that is paneer or chicken, and we track your progress with honesty.

- Competition Prep: High-frequency training (5-6 days a week) including posing classes and peak-week protocols for stage readiness.
